Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polyhunter governing your access to and use of https://polyhunter.co (the "Site") and related services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Polyhunter is a mission marketplace that connects Hunters (users who complete missions) with Guilds (users or organizations who create and manage missions). We provide the technical infrastructure, escrow, and verification tools to facilitate these interactions.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

Guilds are solely responsible for the missions they create, including descriptions, requirements, rewards, and acceptance criteria. Hunters are solely responsible for the submissions and proof they provide.

Polyhunter may moderate missions and submissions, remove content that violates these Terms, and suspend accounts when necessary. However, Polyhunter does not pre-approve all missions and is not responsible for the content, quality, legality, or outcomes of missions created by Guilds or submissions made by Hunters.

Any dispute between a Hunter and a Guild should first be resolved between the parties. Polyhunter may assist at its sole discretion but is not a party to those disputes.

Payouts and withdrawals are facilitated through third-party payment processors, including NOWPayments. Polyhunter does not store your private keys or process blockchain transactions directly.

By using our payment features, you acknowledge that Polyhunter is not responsible for any errors, delays, losses, or failures caused by payment processors, blockchain networks, wallet providers, or other third-party services. These providers are solely responsible for the processing, security, and settlement of your assets and transactions.

Polyhunter charges no withdrawal fees for Hunters. Guilds pay a platform fee on completed missions as described on the Site. You are responsible for any network fees charged by the blockchain.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polyhunter and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Polyhunter a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. You may terminate your account by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyhunter and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polyhunter and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polyhunter is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
